mapping the homeless

Glowpunk would like to help the homeless. I need help to develop a website.It would work by using a world wide satellite mapping system not unlike google. (perhaps google will help)
If we know who is where and a little about them then we can help them.
First we must recognize that there are many homeless people who are happy with out help but many who would be happy with help.
The help we would OFFER would not have to be financial if it all.
There is an option for a holistic approach, where by a user moderated user driven site would allow the online settled "community" (a little like wikipedia) to grow and perfect the site over time.
Basically Glowpunk would like to document and map the homeless. Although many homeless people move around, many maintain residence in a fixed location.
People could in theory go on line and look at a map and find the usual residing place of their nearest homeless person and see the details of that person, a little like a Facebook page although obviously more tailored to their needs, It would be possible to see what this homeless person requires to better their life. whether they need food, clean water, shelter,help with legal documents, clothing, medication, or a person to talk to. informing people in their area of their lives and allowing people to understand better why the person is there at this point in their lives and how they can help them get where they want to be. Easy. just need help. It could revolutionize the lives of millions of homeless. and this is only the tip of the idea. Anyone know how to make this happen. or more importantly like to help?

GLOWPUNK MEETS CONEXION GUADALAJARA TEQUILA LA MANZANILLA TRIP

ANTIGUA GUATEMALA

Glowpunk team comprising of Frank Cronin, Diarmuid Collins, Colm Hogan and Shane Doyle crossed the border from Mexico to Guatemala in search of adventure. They had been warned that there might be trouble down there, but as expected were received warmly by wonderful guatemalans. Their adventures included single track down hill mountain biking zip lining (also known as flying fox) and some other tit bits. their adventures took place mainly in Antigua. We were there the time that the sink holes opened up in guatemala. There is a more extensive article on his mini adventure on my blg the link of which can be found on my page and also an article was written about this adventure and published in "posh magazine" mexico.

The begining of infinity

"Im starting a project that has no end. And that has no real plan except not to have a plan. I think it could be a stroke of genius and also the most ridiculous thing i have ever done. The idea is that i will narrate and eventually when i find an animator animate a weekly story released every friday that is fit for all us humans. 

It begins with a ex military horse who finds out he was retired too early for the worlds safety, and has to save the day. You the viewers decide what happens next. What you suggest in the comments below will become next weeks episode. It is a never ending story that aims to cultivate your imagination and maybe help you use your imaginations a little more. You my wonderful fellow human beings are the directors of this story, You are extremely powerful. But woke up to a horrendous pain in my chest.
A whale that had seen me sit under "HIS" tree
Had swam up river and stream
And Belly flopped onto me!

I asked for a spoon but she brought me a knife.
I asked for the bill and that changed my life
She brought me a horse which I then had to feed
And all of this cause she was messed up on weed.

I walked it home and up to my room
Left for some food saying "ill be back soon"
On my return I found horsey nowhere to be seen
And a mess on my bed that I had to clean.

To the restaurant I did return with a plan in my head
And revenge on my mind for my horse soiled bed
I asked for the waitress which had given me the beast
But was given a lion a stick and some meat.
