           I was very young when I heard this story first and its been a long time since it has been recounted, but because of the nature of the story and the actions taken by my grandfather it has stayed in my mind for over 20 years.

            Arriving at the scene of an accident in a waterlogged quarry, my grandfather took action while others stood around frozen by panic and confusion. He was a glower. With youth on his side and a razor sharp mind, my grandfather leaped from his car. A man was trapped beneath some barrels in the chilly mirky quarry water deep below the surface.... to be continued.
